Two parameters worth checking from manufacturers of colloidal silver are that they have had their product(s) assayed by a third party laboratory to establish both the particle size of their colloid and the charge on it in electron volts (eV).
Forgotten Remedies Colloidal Silver has a mean particle size of 2nm (0.4 – 10nm) and a charge of -104 eV.
Good luck from all the team at Forgotten Remedies and if you have any enquiries please contact us by ‘phone or e-mail  at your earliest convenience.

This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and government agents and/or their agencies or appointed third parties as a common law act of trespass, theft, fraud and fraudulent practice.

Refund Policy

1a. If the Buyer wishes to return Products, then as long as the Products are sent by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt and received by Forgotten Remedies in a good, unopened and unused condition, a refund can be issued less the charges for shipping. The purchaser will be fully refunded by cheque however, please note, Forgotten Remedies reserves the right to charge a reprocessing fee of a minimum of that charged to Forgotten Remedies by credit providers which must be paid by the buyer.

1b. Forgotten Remedies reserves the right to refuse (1a) above if there is no valid reason for a return after purchase to save us from financial losses from “time wasters” who simply bought and then changed their minds due to either:
i) Post purchase communications with Forgotten Remedies, by either e-mail exchange, letter or ‘phone contact that were offensive, abusive or deleterious.
OR
ii) Where the buyer simply did a “vault fas” due to their own ignorance and lack of investigation and research into colloidal silver and its potential uses.
The above is due to the fact that if products are returned they are destroyed by us and never reissued so this incurs financial losses to Forgotten Remedies. Forgotten Remedies website is constructed to help all buyers make an informed choice and our contact details are always available for e-mail and ‘phone contact to advise the buyer whether our product(s) will or will not help them benefit in the raison d’etre for their purchase. We of course recommend ‘phone contact in the first instance as communication breakdowns can occur through e-mails and texts and they are more time consuming to both parties.

2. If Forgotten Remedies has shipped the wrong product(s) or, product(s) have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and product(s) must either be returned to Forgotten Remedies for inspection (Contact Forgotten Remedies before undertaking any action) or better, a photograph or photographs of the damaged product(s) e-mailed to us for verification. The photograph(s) should show that the bottle(s) has/have broken and that our colloidal silver has therefore leaked out, along with a photo of wet packaging. If the fault is identified and agreeable, Forgotten Remedies will reship the product(s) requested in the first order a second time at no expense to the buyer.

3. The buyer maintains all statutory rights afforded to them in law under the appropriate acts.

4. In addition to these statutory rights, we recommend you e-mail us at info@forgottenremedies.co.uk or better still call us on 07523 139191 so that we can secure the safe return of goods and appropriate repayment to the buyer. Remember to inform us of your name, address and order number by ‘phone or e-mail when returning a product to the following address:
